Shipping Policy:
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping. Items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after confirmed payment. If there is a delay, you will be notified prior to shipping. Some larger pieces of equipment may take longer due to crating etc. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or Common Carrier. Tracking numbers are provided. Pick-up can be arranged. You may email us at any time for a shipping quote at sales@teedsales.com
RETURNS POLICY
Items that are sold "as is" are not returnable. The description of the item will clearly state this. For other items, the procedure is as follows: To request a return, you must contact Teedsales.com at customerservice@teedsales.com within 7 days of item's delivery, for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). That number must be on the outside of the package. Items without a valid, visible RMA # will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. For items shipped via "free shipping" the amount WE paid to ship it will be deducted from your refund.
Returns subject to 20% restocking fee of the returned products purchase price.
